What's New at The Woodwork and Jewel Box Artisan

We have just added some "in progress photos" of a new spindle turning and a new traditional jewel box

We are now starting a series of boxes with woods from Latin and South America to add to our traditional Canadian wood boxes. This is our Southwest Style line with themes from Mexico and the southern US. We a source for small quantities of Mexican wood for these specialty items. The carvings and fretwork are adaptations from traditional Aztec and Inca designs learned during travel and study in the South west and Mexico.

We are continuing to add boxes in our Modern Style lines made with eastern Canadian hardwoods and traditional box making materials.
